1. Try to Login to your cable provider's official website:
• Open the website of your cable provider and click on “Sign in.”
• Enter the user ID and password given by your TV provider for your account with them.
• Once your account opens, go through the next troubleshooting steps.
2. Delete the cached data:
• Clear the cache and data
• Click on the option for “Settings” available at the home page.
• Select the option for “Applications” and click on to “Manage All Applications.”
• Move down the list to find the HBO GO app.
• Click on the option to “Force Stop.”
• Click on “Clear Cache.”
• Select the option to “Clear Data.”
• Move back to the Home screen and try to login to your HBO GO app. Check if you can log in or not. If you are still not able to Sign in, then move on to next troubleshooting step.
