Thanks god they got that "criminally-minded" guy off the streets. Anybody who would show their p*nis to a half-naked lady, who asked to see it, SURELY will just end of commiting a sex crime eventually.

This is definitely one of those situations that calls for a "Don't they have REAL criminals to catch???".

This just reeks. I mean, they are actually causing the "crime" to happen. That guy (or many of the other guys) would have never even thought about doing this without this provocation. It's ridiculous.
