A man told police he was robbed and stabbed while walking home from a local bar early Friday.
Fort Wayne police were called to the Parkview Hospital emergency room just after 3 a.m. Friday and spoke to the victim. The man told officers he was walking home from the Brass Rail, 1121 Broadway, when two men walked up to him in the area of Fulton and Sturgis streets asking for help, a police report said.
He told police one of the men then stabbed him in the side with a knife and the other took his wallet. The victim walked back to the Brass Rail and called his girlfriend to take him to the hospital, the report said.
The victim told police the man who stabbed him was 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, Hispanic, with a mustache, wearing a knit hat and red hooded sweatshirt, the report said.
A full description of the man who took the victim’s wallet was not available.

that sucks. My wife's office is near there and there's been a lot of trouble in that neighborhood recently. I've tried to talk her into carrying mace and little .38, but she refuses. Something about social workers carrying pistols not being acceptable... I told her if anything happens to her, she's responsible for whatever I do to the perp.

How about this for justice. Perp found guilty, punishment is one 5 minute round with Murph in the cage. No referee, so stoppage.

Chris and I have had our share of drunken fights back in the day. It's not too hard to piss him off. I'm glad he's ok. That dude better hope Chris never sees him again. hahahaha

it's sucky to walk anywhere at night alone when your a girl.
whenever i leave work in the evenings, i talk on my cell phone untill i get into my car and the door is locked. too many creeps and potential rapists have aproached me. some freak last winter pulled up next to me in the mall parking lot and asked if he could buy my car because it was "such a nice car" (at this point last year i was driving a pos rusted delta 88 ). all my windows had snow and ice on them so i couldnt see out of them, therefore i couldnt drive away from the dude. but he got out of his car and kept persisting that he get in my car and was begging me to roll down the window so we could talk. this guy was about 50. i eventually drove off even though i could barely see. if i would have had it, i would have maced that mother licker.

How is she going to do anything when a guy practiced in hand to hand combat got stuck? The only chance she'd have to use the gun would be after they'd stabbed and robbed her.

Honestly, Brad really DID just wanna' buy your car. He's sorry you got the wrong idea or were creeped out.
