Who's guilty of watching it?
I am. Watched 2 episodes last night. I haven't decided whether or not I think it's fake or not but I'm leaning towards very fake.

Actually, it kept me interested. I only started watching because Anderson had mentioned that some crazy stuff has happened on the show. I've always been interested in that stuff so I figured I'd give it a shot. The two episodes I watched were rather uneventful, but I'll still watch until I'm 100% sure it's a scam.

What's the premise?
Do they visit supposed sightings?

No man. I'll bet they visit ghost sightings.

I believe in ghosts, but am always skeptical of 'reality' TV shows.

There's no such thing as "reality" TV, ghosts, honest psychics, life after death, Sasquatch, "Nessie," fairies, the Easter Bunny, or any crazy paranormal idea that can be more easily explained as neurological behavior.
Hey, watching reality TV could be defined as pathology.

That's obvious just by visiting a few strip clubs throughout town.
